We dedicate at least one project manager to every project. This PM will office on site and manage subcontractors as well as project consultants. We hold weekly meetings with ownership, architects, our team, and periodically invite other project consultants (engineer, landscape architect, etc.) when necessary. The PM will provide recap emails with photos and updates at the end of each week.
Our project managers come from a variety of backgrounds, all holding a minimum of a 4 year degree. We are all creative problem solvers, highly efficient communicators, passionate about construction, and of high integrity.
